yaboot usb install help

can somebody help me how to install yaboot in usb step by step to install linux

i already made the linux usb but stuck in yaboot.

Please dont copy and paste other websites or give me websites that say how to install yaboot.Like this website http://mac.linux.be/content/copying-files-flexible-way.It goes to quick i dont even know what to do it doesnt even say to go to terminal or anything it just goes to blah blah blah blah blah. I tried doing all that for 12 hrs straight and didnt get nowhere
